Lisa Lindstedt

Attorney

Lisa Lindstedt received her B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota, where she was routinely on the Dean’s List.  Lisa graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law.  While in law school, Lisa was a Rosalie E. Wahl Appellate Moot Court Competition Quarter-Finalist and Board Member.  She won the inter-school Trial Advocacy Competition and went on to win the regional A.T.L.A. National Student Trial Advocacy Competition.  Lisa then advanced as a national competitor at the A.T.L.A. National Student Trial Advocacy Competition, held in Washington D.C.   While in law school, Lisa was also a law clerk at a local personal injury firm.

 

After graduating from law school, Lisa moved to Phoenix, Arizona and joined the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor.  Lisa prosecuted felony cases through all stages of litigation, including charging, jury trial, and sentencing. The variety of cases she tried before a jury included, but were not limited to, armed robberies, burglaries, drug sales, aggravated assaults, and drive-by shootings.  Lisa was promoted to the Gang/Repeat Offender Bureau, where she prosecuted violent gang members and the most hardened criminals. 

 

Lisa also has experience in civil litigation.  She was an associate attorney in a law firm in Arizona and practiced in the areas of medical malpractice and complex construction defect litigation. 

  

Lisa currently practices in the Litigation Department of Walker Law Offices, P.A. in the areas of Personal Injury and Criminal Law.  She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Minnesota and Arizona.  Lisa loves a good fight!  As an experienced trial attorney, Lisa vigorously seeks compensation for her clients’ losses.
